The Art Of Second Law

I recently had an opportunity to re-read a book I have for a few years now. It was a favourite book of mine. After revisited the chapters, it finally came to me what it all meant. I couldn't get it back then, I got it now. The Second Law, it was something much much more.

It was how everything that was meant to be have got this second law to blame. With this law there was simply a point of no return. Back before its time, if we have waited long enough we could see things running backward instead of forward. Just as how a wheel that spins forward can also be spinning backward. This was however flawed.
The night always chases the day. The trees will rise up to the sky and fall. And human beings will grow old and die. This was how second law acted on us. Global warming will continuously be an issue and oil/fuel will be a resource that is getting lesser by the day. It was not about energy crisis, but more of how energy have dissipated.
All matter, as always, returned into less structured and less ordered state. A bad beat at poker happened not because of variance but because of the Second Law. Because everything will resume into a less ordered state. As I understood it, it was irreversible!!
Having a bad beat was nothing more than Second Law trying to proclaim its existence. Bad beats happened in contrast to the player fighting to reclaim his losses.
In the long run, the end will be inevitable. Humans will be gone. Civilisations will be gone. The sun will collapse. The end of world is nigh. - Will we won't be able to see the end of time?
Whatever will be, will be. The end will come. Que sera sera.
